Hybrid Integrated Amplifier

The Vouvray integrates a 12AU7 double triode gain stage, followed by a 2SB and 2SD series bipolar transistor phase shifter stage, and a class AB output stage with 2 Toshiba bipolars 2SA1943 and 2SC5200 mounted in push-pull. It delivers a power of 2x70W at 8Ω and 2x120W at 4Ω. With 3 lines inputs and a Phono MM input.

Its power supply transformer type EI has been specially designed to deliver the specific voltages to the input stages tube, but also a high current capacity allowing it to supply a very wide range of loudspeakers. The Vouvray offers a dynamic, rich and natural sound.

  • Exponential Paper Cones

    Our cones are made from a proprietary recipe of long-fiber paper, manually processed to achieve an ideal balance of rigidity and damping. The exponential profile, pioneered by Supravox, ensures homogeneous sound diffusion. The result is an organic timbre and strikingly realistic vocal presence.

  • Magnetic Alchemy

    Beyond the simple magnet, we master energy. In our factory on the outskirts of Paris, we forge Alnico 5 motors and Field Coil systems capable of saturating the air gap with absolute precision. This controlled power offers lightning-fast dynamics and almost zero distortion, hallmarks of Supravox's high sensitivity.

    Perfection often comes from subtraction. By designing full-range loudspeakers capable of covering most of the spectrum, we eliminate the need for crossover filters.
